Born and raised in Arizona, Jocelyn MacNeil comes to STa FIT with a desire to help her clients reach their full potential in every aspect of fitness. Jocelyn’s passion for fitness stemmed from her involvement in sports as a high school basketball player. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Fitness and Wellness with a minor in biology and psychology from Northern Arizona University. During her time at NAU, she was the President of the Fitness and Wellness club, Operations Attendant at the campus recreation center, and a peer mentor for first generation college students. After being in multiple leadership roles, she realized the importance of being a role model for others and taking control of our lifestyle habits. Jocelyn values the effectiveness of functional training and how the results can transfer to our daily activities. Jocelyn also enjoys working in the operations side of the facility as the General Manager at STa FIT. She understands the importance of building a relationship of trust between all clients and members. Jocelyn plans to use her education in fitness and skills in customer service to provide the best experience for everyone that is starting out in their health journey.
