Commit to yourself this September with the Elite Sport & Fitness #backtoschoolchallenge2015. Our new 30-day challenge is meant to empower our members with the tools and strategies to shape their fitness. The #backtoschool2015 challenge is meant for everyone – whether their health goals are to lose weight, tone up or set a personal record in the weight room.
Open to all Elite members, participants will face off for top spot in two catagories: most weight loss (male and female) and most total points accumulated. In order to earn points, members most complete various weekly fitness, recipe and workout challenges and upload an image and use the hashtags #becomeyourelite and #backtoschoolchallenge2015 marking their compilation the week the photo is posted. Points can be accumulated by checking into the gym each visit and/or uploading a photo via Facebook, Instagram; as well as writing yelp and Google reviews. Another way to earn points is by bring a friend to workout at our Open House Gym Workout.
Each Saturday during the month of September, Training Club will host a free class from 830 am to 930 am. That’s right – free for each first time attendee to Training Club. So if you’ve been wanting to bring a friend or are an Elite member interested in trying out Training Club, now is the time.
Every Saturday workout, we will have an in-house DJ and local vendors from our community who also aim at helping you #becomeyourelite.
